Domain update

Well, looks like I sucessfully made it through the first hoop. I might actually have festing.org back sometime soon. According to an e-mail I just got from our great friends at Network Solutions, my contact information was sucessfully changed. So this means I can now update festing.org itself to point to the right DNS servers. I'm not going to comment on the liklihood of best-case scenerios, in the hopes that it will actually get itself done without my intervention sometime soonish.

Now the question is, how much "useful" stuff do I wish to get done today? The X Files becons. Last night (into this morning), I watched the first four episodes of the series in one sitting: "Pilot", "Deep Throat", "Squeeze", and "Conduit". I saw the first two before, but I watched them to properly get in the mood.

Christmas break marches on. Great, I think, to have a full-fledged several weeks, even if I only get two and a half. (Occassionally I think having a shorter break is a feature, because it means I'll get to see my girlfriend sooner.) I'm now done with my Christmas shopping; I need only to allocate time to wrap these presents and I'll be all ready for Monday morning.
