So far this week, I have spent a whole lot of time reading Battleground Earth and taken two of three tests in as many days. (One yesterday, one today, and one tomorrow.) Today, since I have all my homework done and was bored at work, I wrote two hundred lines of C++ source in my own implementation of the fateful JoAnn-sanctioned computer science project I managed to miss in which one codes a source parser that creates an output of all the non-reserved words with a list of the lines they occur on. I coded the lexical parser (or whatever I have that resembles one) and actually got it to work fine with only a few each compile and runtime errors (segfaults still are annoying, although I haven't gotten any recently) and stopped halfway through making a binary search tree. I figured I needed more practice in C/C++, so here it is. As I coded, I had plenty of reminders from the microlab clients to save early, save often. I think we need it as a huge poster hanging from the ceiling -- the official slogan of the microlab.
Female tractor beams are deadly.
