So I got bored and started coding. In three hours I had a simple analog clock written in Gtk+. I needed C practice and wanted a clock whose hour hand made one complete rotation in twenty-four hours. My first inspiration was when my parents gave me a Casio watch from their stopover in Japan with the digits one through twenty-four on two concentric dials, with the numbers greater than twelve bigger on the outside. It grew troublesome, though, when I glanced at my watch and thought "21:45" when I should have thought "09:45". (Obviously it wasn't very dangerous, as I can easily tell whether it's 2145 or 0945.)
