Saturday night Gem and I watched Bulworth. (I remember seeing trailers for it four years ago, and I was about to rent it on DVD three years ago, but The Video Station was out.) As I expected, it was amusing. I couldn't help wonder about the chronological relationship between the movie and the political career of Jesse "The Body" Ventura, who probably comes closer to Senator Jay Billington Bulworth than anyone else I've seen in real life. A quick consultation of the Movie Oracle revealed that the release of Bulworth predated Jesse Ventura's election by six months. Life imitates art, anyone?
