Here's the one best way for my sister to get me to cut my hair: take engineering. (Any flavor that suits her fancy.) She graduates from high school in a year, and if she decides by 31 August 2001 that she will take engineering, I will cut my hair (currently in a ponytail) short. Like really short. That's all she has to do.
