Someone had way too much fun with this site: Mini-Mizer: Picture Yourself in Plastic. You can create a Lego-looking minifig from a Flash applet. (Flash might be the new Java. Good thing it takes my browser less time to load.)

The same page has Serenity in Lego, which is very very cool.
