Never. It's not my fault. I swear. But first a few observations:

• Never, ever, ever let anyone tell you to use Windows 95/98. Simply refuse. Say, "If I'm going to give up my free operating system for something that costs money, at least make sure it's half as stable as the free operating system I'm giving up." This will knock Windows 95/98 out of the running, leaving only their big, more responsible sibblings, who, having not quite mastered the concepts of complete stability or secuirty, get much closer to the desired outcome, passing the fifty percent line.
• So, this vehicle is finally named. But it seems to have a dual personality. Perhaps the guardian of said vehicle will not be disturbed too much if I continue to reffer to it by its female label?
