Kiesa and I went house-hunting for a third evening today, we think we found a house we want. It has a few issues (some of which could indicate greater problems that would cause a home inspection to fail), but we like the floor plan, the large open living area, and the fact that it has brand-new carpet. It's on the north-west side of Longmont, which means my commute would be something on the order of 25 minutes and Gem's commute would be about 40 minutes. I'd say things are about to get interesting in the Temple.
