Visibility: World-readable

After nearly a week in California, I have successfully returned to the Temple of Castor and Pollux, where I'm now eating breakfast seven hours after waking up at 0400 PST to make it to Reno/Tahoe International Airport for my parents' 0600 PST flight this morning. (My flight left at a barely more respectable hour, leaving right on time at 0700.) I paid US$5 to get access to the in-flight DirecTV, which was entertaining. From CNN et al, I learned that the airport I flew out of canceled most of its flights yesterday due to a glitch in a system designed to assist in poor visibility. Some passengers aren't expected to get out until Tuesday, but I made it out just fine.

Here in the greater Boulder area, we're experiencing the other side of the storm system that hit Reno yesterday, which is currently dumping snow. I'm glad I got home when I did.
