Down, Up, Strange, Charm, Beauty, Truth (SELECT OriginalName FROM Quarks ORDER BY Mass ASC).Truth and Beauty are quite distinguishable from the rest of the names, but calling them bottom and top just means they're much easier confused with up and down. I learned them as top and bottom as a kid, but when I heard truth and beauty many years later, the original names made so much more sense. I don't know whose idea it was to rename them bottom and top, but they're an idiot...
