Premise: Max is a high school student who also is a government agent. He is equipped with an electronic right eye and a right forearm missile launcher. This movie follows sixteen hours of a busy day in his life, in which he gains the friendship of a girl he's had his eye on as a fringe benefit to acheiving a great victory for his superiors.
