Yesterday I hiked up Mount Audubon, altitude 13,232. On the summit, I broke out my camera's manual to figure out how to adjust the auto-exposure in manual modes. (Auto-exposure was over-exposing the highlights, which meant clipping -- a bad idea.) I discovered that my camera was in fact calling out the highlights on the LCD on the back, which is pretty cool.
I shot a panaroma at the summit; here's my crude first stab, looking from roughly north-east at the right to west at the left.
