Cat jumping

When I was around eight, we had a cat that could jump from the floor to the top of our fridge. I would guess roughly five to six feet. I never saw her do it (she wasn't supposed to be up there), but my dad saw her several times.

Jinx surprised me one day by jumping from the top of my entertainment center to the edging around my ceiling. I think I've got a bad video clip of him being up there. I believe it was about a five foot jump at the time. Now that I have a new entertainment center, he still thinks about making the jump, which is closer to six or seven feet.
