History page for Cat5, it looks like Jaeger specifically is disavowing creation of the Cat5 page. Clicking on the IP address link (71.56.217.195) of the creator of the Cat5 page brings up a list of submissions corresponding to Commodore Jaeger's changes to the Willow page. So either that address corresponds to Jaeger's work and the page was created by one of his coworkers (unlikely) on his computer, or it's his home IP address and the original submission was by Kiesa (most likely), or Jaeger is swearing he didn't do something he actually did (also unlikely, especially given the context). So my conclusion is that most likely Kiesa is responsible for the Cat5 page, and Jaeger for the Willow page.
