Smoke Test

Early yesterday afternoon the smoke test on our prototype Big Printer (TM) passed. Performing a smoke test is simple -- plug everything in, turn on the power, and see if anything smokes. (It's especially bad if the magic smoke gets let out.)
Now it's my turn to make the machine work by writing the software to go on it, which should be exciting.
