Kiesa and I just finished watching Kill Bill, Vol. 2. I managed to get it from Netflix today, mailed yesterday, the first day it was officially available on DVD. It was amusing; less bloody than the first volume. I'm now amusing myself watching the special features.

I was fascinated to see a special thanks to "The State of California, Governor Gray Davis" in the closing credits. The first volume (which the second volume apparently contained closing credits for as well) was released in theaters the week of the recall. The second volume was released well after Herr Gröpenfuhrer took office, although the complete movie was produced entirely during Gray's residence in the Governor's Mansion.
