I just got a call from my realtor. The seller countered (1% above our offer), and we're going to accept the counter offer. So our house is now (or will be soon, as soon as the seller's realtor faxes me the counter-offer) under contract. :)
(It appears the seller wants to close sooner than we had scheduled, which we might be happy to do as long as we can get our morgage in time.)
