Kiesa and I spent two quality hours in a conference room at our realtor's office making an offer on the house we found yesterday. We're offering 5% less than the asking price and we'd like the seller to fix some expensive problems; we have no idea yet what the seller will think of our offer. He has until 1800 MDT tomorrow to accept, reject, or counter our offer. I'll keep you posted.
