World-readable

I was downloading some tv episodes from my favorite bittorrent community (now that it's back in the land of the living), which was doing bad things to my connection mostly because I haven't figured out how to get traffic shaping to work properly. (That's on my long list of things to fix; unfortunately, since it's complicated and my previous attempts to coerce it into functionality have failed, it's in the same low position as "Get Elssbett's wireless to work".) The fact that my connection is a whole lot faster now implies that it's done.
