If anyone happens to get around to implementing reviews, one idea that crossed my mind was to include reviews of hardware or consumer electronics in addition to the books, movies, and episodes you suggested. (I guess that might fit in the "everything" category.)
I've contemplated writing reviews for some things I've acquired recently (especially the more obscure ones), but I'm still trying to figure out if there's a better way to do it.
