allofmp3! Try it. No drm, no hassles, no crap. You choose your format and your bitrate. It puts all the other services to shame. (Ok, so magnatune comes close, but they only have music from a small batch of indie artists. allofmp3 has all the mainstream stuff, plus a whole bunch of sweet euro-bands you won't see in most stores on this side of the pond. Nothing else comes close.)
