Clarification

World-readable
I wouldn't be so agravated if I either could receive a Windows install CD or I could somehow return Windows and get the refund. I really don't feel like I'm being unreasonable.
Okay, so I went back and reread all the documentation I could find when I was ordering the notebook. In the detailed specs, it does say, "Microsoft XP Pro pre-installed". To me that doesn't imply that it's only on the hard drive . . . I know Dell's computers come with pre-installed Windows but they also provide the install CDs (at least their sales person claimed they do) . . . In the "Legal Statement" it says, "Pre-installed software may only be returned if the product is returned." This I obviously missed when I read it the first time. *sigh*
