In response to your veiled slap at IBM over price, I'll simply point out that in the highly competitive world of PCs, you truly do get what you pay for. I understand your personal need to stick to a cheaper system for budgetary reasons and I completely respect that.Regarding the license issue, I completely agree with your concerns regarding Toshiba's little non-return clause. It does strike me as illegal for them to selectively void clauses of Microsoft's EULA.
