Consulting my Apache logs suggests that you encountered a sneaky bug: if you're not logged in, you can still attempt to post a comment that'll fail when you get to the last step. I should probably fix that.
(Imagine my distress when I clicked "Submit" and got my very own "Something Went Wrong" error. Turned out I had run into a different bug -- I tried to use a double quote in the title, which unduly confused my browser after my code tried to stuff it within a "". One line later my Perl module is fixed. :) )
